Mr. Luff, born in 1962, is originally from Boston, Massachusetts where he began a music career as a singer, song writer at age 13 recording his material at Noel Paul Stooky's (of Peter, Paul & Mary) studio in Maine, USA.

After several years of writing and performing, Mr. Luff was accepted into Berklee College of Music and majored in arranging and audio production engineering.

In 1982 Mr. Luff became an assistant post audio engineer at Cinema Graphics/ Video One, a major film and television production and post production facility located in Boston, Massachusetts. After one year of engineering Mr. Luff was promoted music director/composer producing and scoring original music soundtracks for national television commercials and programs.

Mr. Luff moved to Los Angeles in 1986 and continued to independently produce and compose music for television and film until May of 1988, when Mr. Luff founded Audio Visual Concepts (now known as Wild Woods, Inc.), a creative audio post production facility.

In January of 1990, Mr. Luff founded the original music service and music publishing company Derek Luff Music, Inc.

Mr. Luff has over 30 years of music composition and production experience and more than 25 years in the field of audio post production and facility and corporate management.

Mr. Luff's principal responsibilities are client relations and creative management. His extensive, long standing entertainment industry relationships and his strategic involvement has made DL Music and Wild Woods industry leaders. Mr. Luff has earned recognition in the post production sound field earning (4) Prime-Time Emmy nominations and (1) Prime-Time Emmy award.

Mr. Gelles was born in West Hartford, Connecticut. He received a dual Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Law and Public Policy from Syracuse University.

In 1983, Mr. Gelles moved to Los Angeles, California where he attended Southwestern University School of Law and received his Juris Doctor Degree in 1986.

From 1987 through 1990, Mr. Gelles served as legal counsel for a conglomerate of corporations in Southern California.

In 1990, Mr. Gelles joined the law firm of Codikow & Carroll, P.C. (Offices in Los Angeles and New York) and served as legal counsel for the firm's entertainment and corporate clients. Codikow & Carroll, P.C. specializes in music industry clientele, which include numerous Grammy Award winning artists and producers, as well as music publishing companies, record companies, personal management and business management companies and music industry executives.

In 1995, Mr. Gelles opened the Law Offices of Richard Gelles, which continues to service music industry and corporate clients, and counsels domestic and foreign clientele including individuals, corporations and trusts in the fields of entertainment and international finance.

Long term associates Mr. Luff and Mr. Gelles combined their knowledge and expertise in 1994 to expand both Wild Woods, Inc. and DL Music.

Mr. Gelles currently serves as President and Chief Financial Officer of DL Music and the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Wild Woods, Inc.
